Peter was thrilled to bits yesterday. He's like a little boy with a new mecanno set.

His new piece of machinery was finally installed. It is a fabric slitting machine.

This means that we can now slit all our rolls of fabric in house and also offer a fabric slitting service to other companies in the Lancashire area.

This piece of kit enables us to offer a far speedier lead time on any odd size mattresses. No longer do we need to wait three or four days for our rolls of mattress fabrics to be slit into different widths.

Just another piece of kit to help us keep up our keen prices and speedy manufacturing times.

Peter just loves showing off his collection of machinery. The next one on the cards is a fabric quilting machine, due in about four weeks time.
