Cuddle Soft Velboa soft plush fabric is easy to use and easy to care for, it is machine washable and retains its pile directly after washing.

The cuddlesoft fabric is used on both sides of the cover.
The cover is easily zipped off for washing. Inside the fabric cover there is a white, easy wipe down PVC changing mat with raised sides. Approx size 80 x 50 cm.
