Macmillan Cancer Support - letter of thanks

Thank you !

Dear Mrs Cunliffe

Thank you for raising £100 and being a part of this year’s World’s Biggest Coffee Morning. Everyone here at Macmillan had a great day and we hope you did too.

On behalf of the team at Macmillan Cancer Support, I would like to thank you for all your work raising this money. There are currently two million people in this country living with cancer. When you’re living with cancer, the good days really matter. The day you got something sorted out. Made a step forward. The day you just had a chance to talk about what was on your mind. And felt better for it.

At Macmillan we’re here to help you have more of those good days.

If you or someone you know is living with cancer and would like answers, support or just to chat, call us on 0808 808 00 00 or visit macmillan.org.uk. The money that you have raised will go towards the important work of Macmillan fulfilling this role every day for thousands of people.

Next year’s World’s Biggest Coffee Morning will be held on Friday 24 September and I hope that you can be part of this event again. You will be sent details on how to register early in the new year, or if you can’t wait that long you can register online for 2010 at macmillan.org.uk/coffee.

In the meantime if you have any questions about your donation or suggestions for improvement, please contact the National Events team at coffee@macmillan.org.uk. If you would like to be sent a thank you in the form of a letter for your records, please do get in touch. Do you have a contact preference? Let us know.

Thank you again for your support.

Warm regards,

Joanna Dew
